Example 1: Web design company
A web design company that routinely labels the sites it creates would be able to just send ICRA a quick e-mail with the relevant domain name(s). The trust-based relationship between webmaster and ICRA means that sites can be added to the ICRAchecked database more or less immediately. The rate charged could be an agreed percentage of the regular single site fee, or it might be possible to agree a simple monthly payment.
Example 2: Themed content provider
If your company routinely creates new websites with content that in ICRA terms is similar, such as adult entertainment sites, then ICRAchecked Professional can offer a very simple solution. Just arrange for all your sites to include an identical link to a small set of labels, perhaps a single label, that is hosted by ICRA. Then all that’s needed is a regular update of the domains to be covered, which get added to the label data. In this scenario, labelling, inclusion in ICRAchecked and the maintenance of your labels is trivially easy. This service would be offered for an agreed monthly fee, irrespective of the number of sites covered.
Example 3: Awards, trustmarks, thematic portals etc.
ICRAchecked is about providing assurance that labels found are trustworthy. To do this ICRA manually reviews websites and ensures that the content matches the description given in the label. If an organization reviews websites as part of its regular work, and if that review already does or can include assessing the validity of the ICRA description, then ICRAchecked Professional can allow those sites to be added into the database easily.
In other words, if you run, say, an award scheme and publish a list of sites that meet your criteria, perhaps as an RSS/ATOM feed, and those criteria include accurate ICRA labels, a mutual agreement can be drawn up such that sites on your list can automatically be added to the ICRAchecked database. The administration fee ICRA charges for such an arrangement would be very low, whilst increasing the value and visibility of your own offering.
Please note that however sites are registered in the ICRAchecked database, they will be subject to occasional review to ensure the continuing accuracy of the label data. For this reason, our usual rules requiring access to subscription content apply, as does our guarantee for the secure storage of your private data.
