Click Tools>Internet Options to bring up this dialogue:
Click the Delete Files button right in the middle there (This screen shot is taken from Internet Explorer 6. Earlier versions don’t have the Delete Cookies option). This will bring up a secondary dialogue like this:
Check the Delete all offline content option and click OK.
