We have prepared a sample of the questionnaire in order for you to view the questions before you rate with RSACi. The questions that follow are in four different categories: nudity, sex, language and violence. You will be able to view the definitions in order to have a clearer understanding of the question. In this sample questionnaire you will NOT be able to select any answer. Please feel free to print out these pages if you need to share the information with the powers that be. After you have reviewed the questions and the terms and conditions we invite you to register your website.

Sample Questions – Nudity

In order to determine the level of nudity, if any, in your content, please go through the checklist of very specific terms about how nudity is portrayed.

Definitions are provided for all terms that must be understood to make the determinations necessary to answer the questions. The definitions are highly specific and the objectivity of the labeling system depends on using them correctly.

Sample Questions – Language

In order to determine the appropriate advisory level for language, you will be asked to go through a checklist of very specific terms to determine whether or not your content contains language, expressions, images, portrayals, etc., which some viewers might potentially consider objectionable. The RSACi rating addresses two kinds of speech; ‘hate speech’ and ‘objectionable speech’; that is, language ranging from mild expletives or profanity to crude, vulgar, and obscene statements and gestures.
