Bill Guidera is a Federal Government Affairs Associate for Microsoft Corp., based in Washington, D.C. He specializes in issues related to Internet content, law enforcement, consumer protection and jurisdiction. Before joining Microsoft Corp. he served as a management consultant for a “Big 5” American consultancy, focusing on the commercial implications of e-commerce public policy developments.
Bill has worked with elected Members of the U.S. Congress, a Governor, state legislators and political candidates on issues including technology, international trade, finance, criminal law and constitutional law.
He received his J.D. from the Law & Economics program at George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia, and his B.A. in English Literature from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
