ICRAplus allows you to add and delete new users and to set up their login passwords.
When you create a new profile, you can choose which existing profile you want to use as a starting point. For example, if you create a clone using the Default, then the new user’s settings will be identical to the Default profile until you make any changes. This can often save a lot of setting up. Alternatively, you can start from the “master profile,” that is, the same settings as ICRAplus had when you first installed it.
The password you enter is the one the user will use when they use the computer, so they need to know this one more than you do!
