Click Edit>Preferences to bring up this dialogue:
Click the small cross next to the word advanced on the left-hand side, then select cache to bring up this dialogue:
Click both the Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache buttons.
Click both the Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache buttons.
