想利用微軟Internet Explorer以享受新的ICRA標籤系統，請按照下列主要步驟： 第1步–取得新版‘rat’檔案 請按此去下載icra.rat檔案(23kb)。視窗出現後，選擇儲存檔案到磁碟，並按[確定]。Window 95、98及ME的用戶應儲存到C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM文件夾。使用Window NT/2000/XP的就儲存到C:\WINDOWS\System32。 第2步–在內容警告器內裝置‘rat’檔案 在Internet Explorer的工具列(視窗頂部)選擇[工具]>[網際網路選項]。 選擇[內容]項目 在頂部的「內容警告器」部份，有兩個按鈕，[啟用]以及[設定]。如果你曾經使用「內容警告器」，請按此以略過此部份。如果你未使用過「內容警告器」，[設定]按鈕則不會顯示，如下圖示： 按[啟用]就會帶出現存的RSACi的設定視窗，如下： 暫時別理會它，先按底部的[確定]。你會被要求輸入密碼。請肯定你選擇的一個是 ICRA以及微軟都會收到很多電郵，表示他們忘記了密碼。ICRA未能為這種情況提供支援，而且微軟如常不願提供怎樣移除任何密碼的資料–主要原因是我們很難確定忘記密碼的人是家長，抑或是小孩子想得到密碼… 你一旦輸入你的新密碼(兩次，第二次是確認你第一次輸入的密碼是正確的!)，按[確定]。 按[設定]按鈕 選擇[一般]項目 近底部，按[分級系統]，你會進入如下圖的視窗： 按[新增]，應該會出現C:\WINDOWS\system或C:\WINDOWS\system32文件夾(按Windows不同版本而異)。這會包含你的新版icra.rat 檔案。選擇此檔案並按[開啟] ‘ICRA’此時應該出現評級系統的目錄… 按[確定]去結束設定選項，返回「內容警告器」對話框。你現在可以裝置更新了的系統，並進一步去設定系統。 內容警告器配置 此部份處理內容警告器的配置，所有版本的微軟Internet Explorer都裝有有關的內容警告器。它們根據網站原始代碼中所發現的標籤進行解讀、詮譯以及過濾的。 如果你仍未開啟「內容警告器」的對話框，請在Internet Explorer工具列(視窗頂部)選擇[工具]>[互聯網路選項]｜並選擇[內容]項目。 在頂部的「內容警告器」內，按[設定]按鈕。 輸入你的密碼並按確定。 選擇「評級」項，你應該會見到已安裝的ICRA標籤描述符–聊天、語言等。(參閱以上的安裝指引)。 選擇第一個描述符，如果你想容許進入有關的物品，請向左移動下方的調整鈕(slide bar)。如果你想不准進入此物品，就讓調整鈕留在左側。下列指引會解釋… 然後，向下逐一檢視描述符，按你的喜好設定每個描述符。 請小心注意“「描述」(Description)”以下的文字。ICRA系統可配合多種不同瀏覽器及不同上網方法運作，如數碼電視。 因此你需要特別小心部份的描述符。 第一樣就是顯示在下面視窗的畫面。這是一個內容背景變更器。舉例說，ICRA過濾器容許你進入一幅藝術圖片如包提柴理的維也納的誕生(見右圖)，雖然它包含了女性裸露的胸部。Internet Explorer不會支援此功能，因此，遇上內容背景變更器，你「一定」要把調整器移向右側。 其他可要留意的描述符有： Future Descriptors: 把調整鈕留在左側。 ZZZ –System Setting: 設定在「左」側並且不能移動。 ZZZ – System Setting – [Code C/L/N/O/V]: 所有5個都應該設定到「右」側。 到最後，按[確定]。 內容警告器個人化 […]
