想利用微软Internet Explorer以享受新的ICRA标签系统，请按照下列主要步骤 第1步-取得新版’rat’档案 请按此去下载icra.rat档案(23kb)。视窗出现后，选择储存档案到磁碟，并按[确定]。Window 95、98及ME的用户应储存到C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM文件夹。使用Window NT/2000/XP的就储存到C:\WINDOWS\System32。 第2步-在内容警告器内装置’rat’档案 在Internet Explorer的工具列(视窗顶部)选择[工具]>[互联网路选项]。 选择[内容]项目 在顶部的「内容警告器」部份，有两个按钮，[启用]以及[设定]。如果你曾经使用「内容警告器」，请按此以略过此部份。如果你未使用过「内容警告器」，[设定]按钮则不会显示，如下图示： 按[启用]就会带出现存的RSACi的设定视窗，如下： 暂时别理会它，先按底部的[确定]。你会被要求输入密码。请肯定你选择的一个是 ICRA以及微软都会收到很多电邮，表示他们忘记了密码。ICRA未能为这种情况提供支援，而且微软如常不愿提供怎样移除任何密码的资料-主要原因是我们很难确定忘记密码的人是家长，抑或是小孩子想得到密码… 你一旦输入你的新密码(两次，第二次是确认你第一次输入的密码是正确的!)，按[确定]。 按[设定]按钮 选择[一般]项目 近底部，按[分级系统]，你会进入如下图的视窗： 按[新增]，应该会出现C:\WINDOWS\system或C:\WINDOWS\system32文件夹(按Windows不同版本而异)。这会包含你的新版icra.rat档案。选择此档案并按[开启] ‘ICRA’此时应该出现评级系统的目录… 按[确定]去结束设定选项，返回「内容警告器」对话框。你现在可以装置更新了的系统，并进一步去设定系统。 第3步-内容警告器配置 此部份处理内容警告器的配置，所有版本的微软Internet Explorer都装有有关的内容警告器。它们根据网站原始代码中所发现的标签进行解读、诠译以及过滤的。 如果你仍未开启「内容警告器」的对话框，请在Internet Explorer工具列(视窗顶部)选择[工具]> [互联网路选项]｜并选择[内容]项目。 在顶部的「内容警告器」内，按[设定]按钮。 输入你的密码并按确定。 选择「评级」项，你应该会见到已安装的ICRA标签描述符-聊天、语言等。(参阅以上的安装指引)。 选择第一个描述符，如果你想容许进入有关的物品，请向左移动下方的调整钮(slide bar)。如果你想不准进入此物品，就让调整钮留在左侧。下列指引会解释… 然后，向下逐一检视描述符，按你的喜好设定每个描述符。 请小心注意“「描述」(Description)”以下的文字。ICRA系统可配合多种不同浏览器及不同上网方法运作，如数码电视。 因此你需要特别小心部份的描述符。 第一样就是显示在下面视窗的画面。这是一个内容背景变更器。举例说，ICRA过滤器容许你进入一幅艺术图片如包提柴理的维也纳的诞生(见右图)，虽然它包含了女性裸露的胸部。Internet Explorer不会支援此功能，因此，遇上内容背景变更器，你「一定」要把调整器移向右侧。 其他可要留意的描述符有： Future Descriptors:把调整钮留在左侧 ZZZ – System Setting – ZZZ:设定在「左」侧并且不能移动。 ZZZ – System Setting – [Code C/L/N/O/V]:所有5个都应该设定到「右」侧 到最后，按[确定]。 第4步-内容警告器个人化 […]
