ICRA 是基於自發參予的模式運作，並不涉及審查性質。 我們建議網頁製作者透過本系統為網站標籤，本系統的設計盡量以客觀為原則，不會向任何網站作出評價。 互聯網用戶（以家長為主）將以其個人的意願，選擇在家中或辦公室內可以或不可以瀏覽的網站，ICRA過濾軟件是透過解讀網站標籤而運作。 如欲為網站標籤，我需要做甚麼？ 只需於網上填寫一份問卷，系統便會發出標籤，供過濾器解讀，一般的互聯網瀏覽者不會知道網站已標籤，但你亦可於網頁上加上ICRA的影像或文字連結，讓瀏覽者知道。 為網站標籤需要多少錢？ 這是免費的！ 為網站標籤會否很困難？ 絕對不困難。 我們提供多個為網站標籤的方法。較簡單的供初級的網站管理員使用，較複雜的則供資深的網站管理員使用，詳情請參閱本頁最尾部分的連結。 自我標籤後，下一步是甚麼？ ICRA 系統能自動或以人手操控來檢查標籤是否正確地加上網頁內，ICRA 或會於日後與你聯絡有關標籤的事宜，但我們不會將你的姓名及電郵告知第三者。 以DigimarcTM保護孩子 你除了可以ICRA系統將網站標籤外，亦可為個別帶有”成人成分”的影像標籤，”The Protecting Kids with DigimarcTM scheme”能為此類影像加上水印，不論此影像於網絡哪裡出現，均會持續地附在影像上。 自我標籤後，還可以做甚麼？ 當網站管理員為其網站加上標籤後，便可加入本會成為附屬會員，其網站的連結將會於本會的網站內刊出，為你帶來額外的瀏覽人次，同時，亦會與其他具知名度的網站一起放在已標籤的網站名單上。 成為本會附屬會員，我們將收取小額的會員年費。但最重要的是你為網站標籤，並將標籤計劃向其他網站推介。 詳情請參閱「附屬會員」部分 其他使用方法… 為了讓其他的過濾軟件亦可解讀ICRA標籤，以下機構亦已採用ICRA標籤系統 建立surfsafely.com 名錄的目的是希望網站製作者能自發性地為網站加上PICS(Platform for Internet Content Selection)標籤，並提供一個參考已標籤網站的單一渠道，使用戶能有效地使用PICS過濾軟件。 ChildSafe International™ , (CSITM)與多間機構合作，向網頁製作者、企業、學校、圖書館、及一般用戶提倡透過ICCSTM認可的內容評級系統如ICRA，將網站內容評級及加上PICS標籤。此外，CSITM亦會協助確定加上PICS網站標籤是否獲ICCSTM認可，並且確定其PICS標籤於全球認可的iWatchDogTM Programme下，是否與ECRiTM的標籤吻合。 下一步 Powered by ICRA 香港
