ICRA與i-config合作,定期檢視我們資料庫內的網站,以及利用自動系統盡可能核對所發現的標籤是否有 效。i-config是位於雅典的一個調查小組,隸屬希臘國家科學研究中心(Greek National Centre for Scientific Research (NCSR “Demokritos”))的軟體工程實驗室(Software and Knowledge Engineering Laboratory)。 除了核對ICRA資料庫內的網站是否確實存在,以及核對所檢視的ICRA標籤在技術上是否有誤,還會由FilterX®分析器為網站進行自動分析。Filterix是一項人工智能系統,被”訓練”成可根據網站的分析結果,發出ICRA標籤組中的其中一種標籤。如果分析結果顯示網站應得的標籤跟所發現的標籤分別太大,就會警句ICRA職員啟動以下程 序。 ICRA和i-config合作的其中一個目標是增加發出”虛擬標籤”(pseudo labels)的種類和準確度。 處理錯誤標籤網站的程序 根據ICRA的經驗,故意及持續使用錯誤標籤的情況十分罕有。 不過,當我們發現有上述情況,或從我們的投訴機制接到有關舉報時,我們會採取相應行動。 如果ICRA證實,或被第三者通知有內容供應商在清楚及不含糊的情況下,不適當地*使用ICRA標籤,以下程序將會生效。每個階段的行動乃假設之前的行動沒有效用及不適當的標籤仍然存在。 ICRA會嘗試聯絡內容供應商,並要求他們更改或移除有關標籤。 ICRA的行政總裁會跟進事件,並用一切可行的方法聯絡內容供應商,並堅持要求更改或移除標籤。 ICRA的行政委員會會審議事件,並決定最適合的行動。ICRA標籤的使用「條款及條件」,無論於ICRA網站或其他地方發出的,均有廣泛的覆蓋範圍,並容許我們採取不同的行動,包括法律行動。 ICRA可以公佈有關網站/資源的詳細資料,並將有關網站列入過濾軟體如ICRA過濾器和Microsoft Internet Explorer的版面封鎖名單。 * 不適當指網站載有與標籤所指不符的內容。例如,網站填報ICRA問卷上關於裸體及性物 品部分時,填報 「以上各項皆沒有」,但事實上網站卻明顯的載有該部分其中一個或多個項目的圖片、 形容或描述。ICRA有權要求ICRA的諮詢委員會成員或獨立專家去解決有關標籤是否適當的糾紛。 相關資料: ICRA標籤使用條款及條件 投訴 i-config ICRA 香港
